These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pkid platform — Pakistan's premier online casino and sports betting destination. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By accessing pkid, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Before diving into the full legal text, here is a plain-English summary of the six most important things every pkid player in Pakistan needs to understand about these Terms and Conditions.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the pkid platform. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement. pkid enforces age verification at registration and may request supporting documentation at any time to confirm your date of birth. Any Player Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations before any refund decision is made.
2.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Player Account on the pkid platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension across all associated accounts. Any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts will be voided.
2.3 Accurate Information. When registering a Player Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and entitles pkid to terminate your account without notice.
2.4 Jurisdiction. pkid is intended for use by players located in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the pkid platform complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. pkid makes no representations that access to the platform is lawful in jurisdictions outside its licensed operating territory.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkid account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pkid will never ask you for your password by email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity that occurs under your Player Account — whether or not authorised by you — is deemed to be your activity and you accept full liability for such activity.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Player Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkid immediately via the support contact channels. pkid will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
3.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your pkid account at any time by contacting player support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to your nominated PKR payment method. Bonus Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
3.4 Account Suspension by pkid. pkid reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner that is fraudulent or harmful to the platform or other players.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. A Player Account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pkid may apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, following advance written notice to the registered email address on the account.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pkid accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at pkid's discretion and such changes will be communicated on the platform.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit within your Player Account dashboard. pkid does not charge a platform-side deposit fee, but your payment provider (e.g. JazzCash or EasyPaisa) may apply its own transaction charges, for which pkid bears no responsibility.
4.3 Deposit Speed. pkid targets 30-second processing for mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing institution's processing times. These are target timelines, not guaranteed SLAs, and actual processing times may vary based on network conditions.
4.4 Own Funds. All deposits made to your pkid Player Account must come from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or using payment methods that belong to a third party, is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
4.5 Currency. All deposits, account balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on pkid are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion requirement for Pakistani players — your pkid balance is a PKR balance throughout.
5.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals are available to Verified Account holders only. A Player Account must have completed the full KYC verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed. This is a licensing and compliance requirement and is not discretionary.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, pkid will work with the player to identify an alternative PKR-denominated withdrawal route. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
5.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal Amounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your Player Account at the time of withdrawal request. These limits may vary by payment method and player VIP tier.
5.4 Processing Times. pkid targets prompt processing of withdrawal requests. Processing times will vary depending on the payment method selected and any compliance reviews that may be required. pkid will communicate any delays to the player via their registered email address.
5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds or associated winnings prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited.
5.6 Withholding of Funds. pkid reserves the right to withhold withdrawal payments pending verification of identity, review of account activity, or investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms. Where funds are withheld for these reasons, pkid will notify the player and provide a reasonable timeline for resolution.
6.1 Offer Eligibility. All promotional offers made available on the pkid platform are subject to individual promotion terms that accompany each offer. These Terms constitute the general framework; specific wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and minimum deposit thresholds applicable to each promotion are stated in the promotion-specific terms at the time the offer is presented.
6.2 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers on pkid are available once per player, once per household, once per device, and once per IP address unless otherwise specified. Players who register multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonus offers will have all associated accounts suspended and all winnings derived from such bonuses voided.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
6.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player Account balance. pkid is not obligated to notify players of impending bonus expiry, though it may choose to do so as a courtesy.
6.5 pkid VIP Programme. The pkid VIP programme rewards consistent play across cricket betting, live casino, slots, and crash games with escalating PKR benefits, cashback, and priority support. VIP tier eligibility, benefit structures, and tier maintenance requirements are subject to the VIP programme terms as published on the platform from time to time.
6.6 Abuse. pkid employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to convert Bonus Funds without genuine game exposure, collusion, or exploitation of platform errors constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, as well as potential account suspension.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets and wagers placed on the pkid platform are subject to acceptance by pkid. pkid reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed in error, where odds have been published incorrectly due to a technical fault, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
7.2 Cricket & PSL Betting. Cricket betting markets on pkid — including PSL (Pakistan Super League) match betting, top run scorer, man of the match, live in-play markets, and over-by-over wagering — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant match authority. In the event of match abandonment or no result, pkid's specific cricket rules for that market type will apply.
7.3 Live Casino. Live dealer games on pkid are provided through third-party game suppliers. The rules of each live dealer game as presented within the game interface are the definitive rules for that game. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game session, pkid will use reasonable efforts to ascertain the state of play at the time of disconnection and settle accordingly.
7.4 Slot & Crash Games. Slot games and crash games (including Go Rush and Dragon and Tiger) use independently verified random number generation (RNG) systems. The outcome of each game round is determined at the moment of play and cannot be reversed or altered. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published by the game providers and are available on the game information panel within the pkid lobby.
7.5 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game type and per market and are displayed at the point of wagering. pkid may adjust these limits on a per-player basis as part of its risk management procedures.

9.4 21+ Enforcement. The 21+ age restriction on pkid is not merely a stated policy — it is actively enforced through identity verification at registration and ongoing KYC procedures. Any person who knowingly registers on the pkid platform while under the age of 21 will have their account closed and any deposits refunded at pkid's discretion following a compliance review.
10.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in and to the pkid platform, including but not limited to the pkid brand name, logo, website design, software, content, game interfaces, graphics, text, and any other materials displayed on or accessible through the platform, are owned by or licensed to pkid and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
10.2 Permitted Use. Your use of the pkid platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose as a registered player. 11.1 No Warranty. The pkid platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkid makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pkid will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
11.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkid's total liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player into their pkid Player Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Exclusions. pkid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if pkid has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 Technical Failures. pkid shall not be liable for any losses suffered by a player as a result of technical failures, system outages, internet connectivity issues, or any other circumstances beyond pkid's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, acts of government, or failures of third-party service providers.
12.1 Data Collection. pkid collects and processes personal data about registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at pkid.pro/privacy-policy. By registering a Player Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 KYC Data. As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, pkid may collect copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification materials. This data is stored securely and used solely for compliance and verification purposes. pkid does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.
12.3 Cookies. The pkid platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session integrity, personalise the player experience, and analyse platform usage. 13.1 Initial Contact. 13.4 Finality of Sporting Results. pkid's settlement of sports bets and casino game outcomes is based on official results from recognised governing bodies and certified RNG systems respectively. These outcomes are final and binding. pkid does not accept disputes regarding the underlying sporting result itself, only disputes regarding how that result has been applied within the platform in accordance with the published betting rules.
14.1 Right to Amend. pkid reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon publication of the updated Terms on the pkid platform, unless a specific effective date is stated.
14.2 Notification. Where a material change to these Terms is made, pkid will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address and/or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
14.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the pkid platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3 of these Terms.
15.1 International Licensing. pkid operates under an international gaming licence. The Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkid holds its gaming operating licence.
15.2 Jurisdiction. By registering on the pkid platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and regulatory bodies of the licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 13.
15.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable.
